Application Guidelines and Requirements

 

Security work demands precision and attention to detail. To ensure a smooth application process and provide you with the best opportunity to join our Private Agency, please carefully follow the directions outlined below:

 

Application Process:

 

1. **Complete Online Application**: Fill out the online application form thoroughly and ensure that you attach a detailed resume.

 

2. **Application Review Time**: After submitting your application, please allow up to 4 weeks for our team to review your submission. We appreciate your patience during this period as we carefully assess each applicant.

 

3. **Updating Contact Information**: If there are any changes to your contact information, please promptly submit a new application to ensure accurate communication.

 

**Applicant Requirements:**

 

- **Education**: Possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.

 

- **Work Experience**: Have verifiable work experience.

 

- **Criminal Record**: Maintain a clean criminal record, which includes no misdemeanors.

 

- **Age**: Be at least 18 years of age or older. (Note: The position of school safety officer requires a minimum age of 23.)

 

- **Language Skills**: Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills in English. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

 

- **Driver's License**: Possess and maintain a valid Arizona Driver's License.

 

- **Transportation**: Have reliable transportation (excluding public transportation).

 

- **Legal Residency**: Be a legal resident of the United States of America.

 

- **Security License**: Hold a valid security guard license from AZDPS. Your security officer's license must remain valid and in good standing with AZDPS at all times.

 

- **Physical and Emotional Fitness**: Be physically and emotionally capable of performing assigned tasks.

 

- **Drug Screening**: Successfully pass pre-employment drug screening as well as any random drug testing.

 

- **Fitness Assessment**: All new hires and current employees will be required to pass a biannual fitness assessment.
